Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the wrong item was sent or there is clear damage upon arrival.

Each piece is created from upcycled, pre-loved materials, which may naturally show minor variations or imperfections in texture, color, or stitching. These details are part of the item’s story and character — not considered defects or grounds for return.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out via the Contact form within 3 days of delivery, and include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the problem.

Magical Revival is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
