Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship items are mailed within 3–5 business days once payment is received.

If a custom or made-to-order piece is offered in the future, the production time will be be discussed during the consultation process.

At this time, Magical Revival ships to the United States and Canada only.

For Canadian customers: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees once the package crosses the border. Magical Revival is not responsible for delays, fees, or holds caused by customs.

All orders include tracking. Magical Revival is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit once they are handed off to the carrier.
